Reservations are accepted, and will be confirmed, on receipt of a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the price of the first nights stay.
Payments are accepted by cash or bank transfer.
Rooms are available between 2pm and 4pm on arrival, please let us know if you would like to arrive outside these times. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Please call us on 01736 799385 or e-mail on email@example.com.

For those arriving by road from the main A30 take the A3074 to St. Ives.
After 4 miles, at the Harbour Hotel take the fork to the left onto Albert Road signposted towards the Leisure Centre, continue along this road and go round the first left hand bend uphill. At the next left hand bend do not go round it but continue directly up the hill in front of you, this is Porthminster Terrace and Blue Sky B&B is near the top on the right hand side. We recommend that you have a copy of these directions or a map as Sat’ Navs are not always accurate in St Ives!
The railway station and bus station are both five minutes walk.
Newquay airport is approximately 50 mins drive away.

Bookings are secured by a non returnable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first nights stay.
Payment may be made during your stay by cash or by bank transfer 1 week prior to arrival.
In the event of a cancelled booking within 21 days of the arrival date, a no show or early departure guests are responsible for full payment.
We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover such events.
4. Pets and Smoking
We are unable to accommodate pets and our house is strictly no smoking.
5. Loss of Property
Blue Sky and the owners do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest property in rooms or to cars parked on the drive.
6. The Guest AgreeS
a) To keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state.
b) To pay for any breakages and damage.
c) Not to cause a nuisance to other guests.
d) To allow the owners reasonable access to their room for cleaning and maintenance.
